The prominence of the violin, the festive character and the popular vocation of their music is what unites the band from Burgos Fetén Fetén and the Californian Lindsey Stirling. An apparently unlikely double program, but much more coherent than it seems at first sight.
Lindsey Stirling is a young and versatile Californian artist. She is a violinist, dancer and composer, and became known through her performances on her own YouTube channel in 2007. Her music, which draws on a multitude of styles (classical, pop, rock, electronic, standards, covers, soundtracks), enjoys success in major European countries. His live performances make the most of the possibilities of the violin, usually exploited in trio format.
Jorge Arribas and Diego Galaz coincided in La Musgaña, a historical formation of Castilian folk music, and when it dissolved they focused their efforts on their joint project, Fetén Fetén. It was a little more than a decade ago. The two musicians from Burgos make of their proposal, which has four albums, a celebration of popular music, which combines fox-trot, waltz, chotis, seguidillas or habaneras, with an instrumentation so peculiar that goes from the saw to the violin-trumpet or the camping chair-flute. Their overwhelming live performances are well known in Italy, Japan, Portugal or Argentina.
At Noches del Botánico we believe that there is no age to enjoy culture, that is why all minors can access the venue regardless of their age. They must access with their corresponding ticket and accompanied by their father, mother or legal guardian.
If the age of the minor is less than 16 years old, he/she must always be accompanied by his/her father, mother or legal guardian.
