To manage the refund of tickets: people who have purchased their tickets through the official online advance sales channels (www.entradas.com or www.nochesdelbotanico.com) will automatically receive the full amount as of today.
Those who are season ticket holders for the two days of BONSAI: BRITISH MURDER BOYS/KARENN and MISS KITTIN/KIM ANN FOXMAN will receive 50% of the amount.
