As usual in autumn, the trees shed their leaves, the cold weather sets in and the FEST Awards open the deadline to vote for the best festival of the year. The renowned awards, which are celebrating their fifth edition, have announced the 12 categories in which the public can choose their favorite music event of 2022.
Noches del Botánico is present in 6 of them and you can choose us as the best festival in each of the mentioned categories by clicking here. You will only have to register once with your email address to count all your votes. The deadline will be open until October 9, so, in this decisive week, we give you the reasons why you should vote for us in the different categories that we opt:
We bring to our oasis of culture the greatest artists of the planet, we remain a place where you can enjoy music without the stress of a macro event.
We respect our garden and its ecosystem by adapting the infrastructures for the conservation of the environment. In addition, we reuse most of the materials used in the construction of the furniture and the different spaces.
We innovate in the area of communication by conceiving this area as a 360º activity where we encompass press relations, customer service from our help center, digital and organic marketing campaigns as well as content distributed through social networks and website.
In this sixth edition we have enjoyed the expansion of the leisure areas and the renewed gastronomic offer in charge of an exquisite selection of food trucks and restaurants where you can taste from the most exotic flavors of Asian cuisine to the warmest and most recognizable of our Mediterranean diet.
Sustainability remains one of our main raisons d'être: The use of renewable energies to power the entire festival; without the need to make use of fossil fuels, the installation of the Smart Flower and solar lights to illuminate the nights or the implementation of connections for water intakes allows all bathrooms to have direct drainage to the sewer are just some of the actions we have carried out together with the Complutense University of Madrid to preserve the health of our ecosystem.
If there is something that characterizes the artistic proposal of our cycle is the high presence of female referents in the lineup of each edition. In addition, we have the greatest equality between men and women in the different working teams of the festival.
Fans of the festivals and a Professional Jury will decide who are the best in their category. From the vote of both parties, two lists are generated, ordered by votes received, from highest to lowest. The vote of the Pro Jury is weighted a variable % over that of the public. The sum of both lists will result in a short list with the first three places, these will be the finalists. The first place on the short list will be the winner of the V Fest Awards. The honorary awards are decided by the jury that makes up the professional platform.
